LOOTCoin Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LOOTCoin, including the LOOTCoin website, mobile applications, smart contracts, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Overview of the Service

LOOTCoin is a GPS-enabled treasure hunt game and digital rewards platform that allows users to discover, earn, and interact with digital assets through gameplay and real-world exploration.

4. Digital Assets and Blockchain Risk

The Service interacts with blockchain networks. LOOTCoin does not control these networks and is not responsible for network failures, congestion, smart contract bugs, or third-party wallet issues.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials, private keys, and devices. LOOTCoin cannot recover lost assets or reverse blockchain transactions.

5. Gameplay, Rewards, and Fair Use

Rewards are earned through gameplay and real-world exploration. You agree not to exploit, automate, manipulate GPS signals, or otherwise attempt to gain rewards unfairly.

LOOTCoin reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service for behavior that violates these Terms or undermines fair gameplay, including suspected bot activity or abuse.

6. No Guarantee of Rewards

LOOTCoin does not guarantee that any rewards, tokens, NFTs, or digital assets will be available, retain value, or be redeemable.

All rewards are provided “as is” and “as available.”

7. Location-Based Features

LOOTCoin uses location-based features to enable gameplay. You acknowledge that GPS and location data may be inaccurate or unavailable at times.

You are responsible for your own safety when participating in real-world exploration. LOOTCoin is not responsible for injuries, accidents, trespassing, or violations of local laws that may occur during gameplay.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and branding associated with LOOTCoin are the property of LOOTCoin or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party services, including blockchain networks, wallets, and authentication providers. LOOTCoin is not responsible for the availability, security, or actions of third-party services.
